Borut Jeglič

Entrepreneur and executive coach who started his career as the leader of the biggest volunteer project in Slovenia, Simbioz@, and went on to set up four startups, each with a clear vision to improve the area in which it operates. The co-founder of Ujemi Znanje and e2grow, Borut is a passionate advocate of team power and one of 5 certified Gallup Strengths Coaches in the region as well as a coach for executives and senior managers at some of the best Slovenian companies. Borut works also as a mentor and consultant for startups, offering guidance in business model development, team building, agile approach to innovation and similar. He does his best for every client, adapting his approach to their unique style and needs.
