Jakob Gajšek

After he graduated in engineering at University of Ljubljana and obtained his MSc in Edinburgh, Jakob Gajšek joined SmartIS, where he developed the SmartIS City platform together with IBM Slovenia. He is the co-founder of ABC Accelerator, where he set up a mentoring system and helped select startups to guide through the fundraising process. He built an international network of investors and partners (more than 200) for ABC Accelerator and ran InnoEnergy activities in Slovenia, working with energy innovations. Since 2018 he has been in charge of the Ljubljana University Incubator.
