The traveling academy of creative tourism (P.A.K.T.) is moving to Lovrenc na Pohorju on 8 October 2021. For the first event of the day, we will focus on the online presence in creative tourism at the Lab, starting at 9.00AM.

Do you have a good product and content but get lost in the excess of online offers?

Then the event for you is P.A.K.T. Lab # 5 Online presence in creative tourism, through which you will be led by mag. Ana Osredkar – Service 8, who believes in creating solutions that are good for people, society and the environment. Her job is to design the service experience and the processes they implement. She is the co-founder and director of Servis 8, the first service design studio in Ljubljana.

On a practical level, you will learn:

• how to approach the design of your online presence,
• how to identify key building blocks of web content
• how to define major web channels.

In the afternoon, we will move from the Prireditveni dom to the Sušilnica sadaja for the P.A.K.T. Clinic

Do you know what Pajstva is? And what about Zvancanje? No? Well, you will get the answers on Friday afternoon, when the Lovrenc na Pohorju Tourist Association takes you to get to know Lovrenc na Pohorju, a former climate health resort, as well as its tangible and intangible heritage. We will learn how they preserve heritage in TD Lovrenc na Pohorju and in the form of PAKT Clinics * share experiences on how to interestingly package intangible heritage into tourist products. We will present the activities of TD Lovrenc on Pohorje and see examples of Rajzefibr and his Hunt for Stories (Lov na zgodbe) and the Festival of Walks (Festival sprehodov). We invite anyone who already has experience in presenting cultural heritage and those who need other views on the current challenges to help each other moving forward.

Katja Vezjak from Lovrenc na Pohorju Tourist Association and Katja Beck Kos from Rajzefiber will be our guides.
