Ahoy, game creators!
Slovenia Games, in cooperation with the Centre for Creativity at the Museum for Architecture and Design, invites you to Slovenia Global Game Jam. Want to start the new year by making a game in 48 hours? Want to learn 3D modelling, programming, drawing or creating music? Are you ready to create online games with your friends?
From Friday to Sunday, 28 -30 January 2022, we will host an ONLINE Global Game Jam for everyone in Slovenia (and abroad).
All activities will be hosted on Slovenia Games Discord Server, which includes “brainstorming”, team building, chatting, development and presentation of final products. The theme of the game cave will be revealed on Friday, 28 January 2022.

The project is part of the Partner Network, the platform of the Centre for Creativity. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Fund for Regional Development and the Republic of Slovenia.
Global Game Jam is one of the largest and longest running Game Jam events in the world, where participants take on the challenge: to create a game in a single weekend.
The event is free and open to the public. Everyone can participate, regardless of previous knowledge.

- Your computer with installed and updated tools.
Some tools for artists: Photoshop, Gimp, Mari, Substance, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max
Some developer tools: Unity, Unreal, GameMaker, Godot, Visual Studio, Sublime, VS Code (basically your favourite editor) and some Git graphics interfaces like Source tree.
Sleep, sleep, SLEEP!!! And drink enough water (or tea, or coffee)!
