Culture village

Bistrica ob Sotli is a village with a powerful cultural charge.

With a population of less than 1500 people it has set up a choir, a brass band and a bunch of original music projects, thus demonstrating the potential to ensure a good turnout at cultural events. The goal of the Bistrica of Sotli Youth Association project is to complement and develop this programme so as to turn the village into a cultural destination that will attract new tourists. Most of the activities will revolve around the recently opened Hostel Gabronka.
