Nika Furlan comes from Intra lighting, a global provider of architectural luminaires and smart lighting solutions. With more than 10 years’ marketing experience she is responsible for project and design management, coordination of creative teams in the development of new concepts and solutions, and their implementation. She enjoys working with designers and copywriters as it allows her to harness the knowledge and skills from different disciplines, strategic thinking and (non)user’s point of view to devise new, intuitive solutions. For the last five years she has been actively involved in the development of new user experience through the company’s transformation from product to user focus. Her experience extends to website redesign, establishment of B2B business environment, sales tools development, process optimisation, design management integration and beyond.
