Industrial designers and research institutes have already come up with many green and innovative solutions. Why don’t companies implement them? Do they even know about them or are they simply too expensive? The main objective of the event is to bridge the gap between innovation and industry and to foster partnership between designers, research institutions and companies. The aim is to facilitate the practical application of sustainable and innovative solutions, not only in laboratories or studios, but also in real-life scenarios.

Beyond Green is aimed at designers, research institutions and industrial players who are striving to lead their sectors towards a circular economy through innovation. It is designed as a short conference presenting best practices in the implementation of sustainable solutions in collaboration with designers, research institutes and industry, a networking event for stakeholders, an exhibition of existing solutions and a catalogue presentation of suppliers.

Are you searching for collaborators? On the B2B matchmaking, taking place at the second part of the event, you will have the opportunity to have 1 on 1 prescheduled meetings with designers, research institutes and companies where you will be able to pitch your solution or search for a partner to help you with your sustainability challanges!
Exhibition of sustainable solutions | 23.1.2024 and 24.1.2024
Selected designers, research institutes and companies will be able to showcase their developed solutions with the focus on material development from secondary materials.
Ecodesign workshops | 24.1.2024 | 11.00 – 14.00
As part of the Beyond Green activities, we will organise workshops on environmental design, starting with a workshop in Ljubljana, the next day after event, on Wednesday, 24.1.2024
Ecodesign catalog | 24.1.2024
We will prepare a catalog with portfolios of designers and research institutes with their partnership offer.
