About EIT Culture & Creativity: EIT Culture & Creativity aims to strengthen and transform Europe’s cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCIS) by integrating them into the largest European innovation network, EIT. The initiative is funded by the EIT, which was established by the European Union in 2008 to foster innovation and collaboration across Europe. The mission of the EIT is to connect higher education, business, and research institutions into a “knowledge triangle” to address societal challenges and enhance competitiveness.
