Increased differentiation of Gostol TST through integration of services and a higher level of product customisation.
The objective of the project is to integrate design management at the strategic level of the company Gostol TST d.d. (development and production of shot blasting machines). It serves to raise awareness of the role of design in the company, increase the company’s presence as well as brand differentiation and its competitive edge. Company Gigodesign as a representative of the CCS will take part in all steps of the project as an external consultant: through design research we will identify the needs for product upgrades and turn research results into “opportunities”; we will create a new business model for after sales services and set up a data bank, a system that integrates design research into business processes.
