After successful presentations in Vienna and Berlin, we also sent small exhibitions The Future of Living all around the world. The exhibitions, which are a promotional event of the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU, were created in cooperation between the Centre for Creativity / MAO, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in each country. They are currently on display in Tel Aviv, Pristina and Stuttgart.

The exhibition The Future of Living will be presented at as many as 25 locations and events around the world, dedicated to design and the creative economy, to which we in Slovenia have dedicated this year. The modular design enables travelling around the world, to the countries of South America (Bolivia, Brazil and Argentina), Central and Western Europe (Germany, Spain, France), the Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Northern Macedonia), the Middle East (Israel, Palestine, Egypt) and the United States. With an extended version, it began its journey in Vienna and Berlin and continues it during design weeks in Zagreb, Milan, Budapest and London.
The projects presented at The Future of Living foretell the future of living, where raw materials are no longer in abundance, where the methods of production and use of human resources must be rationalised and products must be brought closer to a new generation of users who want customised solutions. These are in technologically advanced and innovative manufacturing, which manufacturers and designers combine with a love of life and nature. The presented products and services combine creativity with a business vision. They highlight the stories of fresh brands that express functionality, passion, innovative ways of using materials, especially wood, and new production techniques based on regional craftsmanship and advanced sustainable manufacturing techniques.
