Participants will learn how to validate their service or product, acquire their first customers and refine their pitch for potential investors or partners.

The programme is structured into multiple phases, through which participants gain key knowledge, mentorship, and support to successfully realise their projects.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Phase 1 (Preparation and Validation) includes an introductory meeting and seminars, followed by workshops focused on impact and business modelling. Participants conduct a competitor analysis and prepare a SWOT analysis, and they also submit their Impact Canvas along with a self-assessment.

During Phase 2 (Development and Mentorship), participants take part in intensive workshops covering finance, legal structures, and investments. They receive individual mentoring and advisory sessions, work on developing their Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and carry out market testing. Additionally, they participate in public speaking and storytelling training.

Phase 3 (Final Event) culminates in the semi-finals and final pitch presentations in front of an expert panel. This includes live voting and the selection of winners, followed by an award ceremony and networking opportunities.

If you’re developing an idea with social or environmental impact and want to build a sustainable business model with mentor support, workshops and real-world testing, Impact Launchpad is the opportunity for you. You’ll also prepare a strong pitch for partners or investors.

The programme is free of charge for participants.

Applications are open until 8 December 2025, and the programme runs from December 2025 to March 2026.
