Innovative approaches for affordable and sustainable housing
The aim of the call is to support innovative approaches in the construction and renovation of social and affordable housing that improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and at the same time provide quality, inclusive and affordable living.
Priorities
- Developing two actions: one for new construction and one for renovation, using existing building technologies.
- Use of modular systems, nature-friendly materials, digital tools and other sustainable solutions.
- Ensure aesthetic refinement and respect for the local context.
- Improve the quality of life and the integration of the inhabitants.
Minimise disruption during renovation and improve accessibility of buildings.

- Funding amount: up to EUR 60 000 per partner
- Deadline for submission: 12 November 2025 at 17:00
- Eligible countries: all EU Member States and Ukraine
