Network of neighbourhoods for innovative policies on gentrification
Horizon Europe supports the creation of a network of neighbourhoods to develop innovative policies to mitigate the negative effects of gentrification.
Projects should:
- Increase the use of policies to reduce the negative impacts of gentrification and promote positive impacts such as spatial revitalisation, sustainable economic growth, diversity and inclusion.
- Strengthening the capacity of local actors to perceive and address the impacts of gentrification by integrating NEB values into policy development and implementation.
- Actively involve local communities in shaping decisions on neighbourhood renewal.

- Amount of funding: 2 500 000 EUR (one-off lump sum grant under the HORIZON-CSA Action)
- Deadline for submission: 12 November 2025, 17:00
- Eligible countries: all EU Member States and Ukraine
