Ana Osredkar


MSc in economics, Ana has accumulated a wealth of professional experience both in creative industries and in corporate settings, where she had until recently served as head of market and consumer intelligence at Gorenje Group. Her passion for user research, design thinking and service design inspired the Ljubljana Service Jam, a bottom-up initiative that organises non-profit educational workshops, and led her to co-found Servis 8 institute, where she continues to work as a service designer.
