Public call for admission to the CzK Creators’ Community
Fostering a closer collaboration between creators, businesses and other sectors
Center for Creativity (CzK) as the national platform for the development of the Cultural and Creative Sector (CCS), with the aim of establishing a closer collaboration with the economy and other sectors, in association with the Wood Industry Directorate (Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport), is updating the community of designers and creators on the national platform www.czk.si while launching the Public Call for the Voucher for Research, Development and Design.
As part of the announcement of the Public Call “Voucher for Research, Development and Design” which will be published by the Wood Industry Directorate (Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport), the notifiers will select design services from the list of the creators in the CzK community.
The Center for Creativity invites all interested creators to apply for admission to the CzK Creators’ Community, which will, in its renewed form, connect creators with various interested stakeholders from companies, organizations, institutions, and other sectors. The goal of the project is to form a closer collaboration between creators from different areas of the creative sector with businesses and other sectors, with the aim of encouraging technological and non-technological innovations through the creative value of projects or companies. The CzK Creators’ Community will as well enhance and expand itself, also taking part in other invitations to join different collaborations with individual businesses or other interested organisations.

Why to join the CzK Creators' Community
Visibility and recognition locally and internationally: The Creators, that are a part of the online community, will receive a wider recognition locally as well as internationally. This contributes to their success and better opportunities for collaboration, sells, or securing commissions. Center for Creativity promotes and shares the creators’ community with local and international stakeholders.
Platform and Connections: The creators’ community serves as an online showcase which connects the creators with the help of various stakeholders such as companies, institutions, and the public sector. This provides the option of idea exchange, project collaborations, and access to new opportunities.
Support and Resources: The community offers support as well as access to different resources, them including market collaborations and potential financial aid through public calls and tenders. This can help the creators with the development of their talents, skills and projects.
Conditions for enrollment
A creator is a natural person, who in the role of founder/owner/responsible person or employee operates within of one of the following legal-organizational forms registered in the Slovenian Business Register (PRS):
- Comercial company registered under the Companies Act (e.g., Ltd., Plc., general partnership, and others)
- Self-employed individuals (sole proprietors)
- Social enterprises with the status of a commercial company, cooperatives, and institutions that have the status of a social enterprise
- Authors, self-employed in culture—creators in the field of culture who practice an independent specialized profession in culture and are registered in the Ministry of Culture’s register of self-employed in culture
- Cooperatives, associations, and private institutions operating in the field of culture or the Cultural and Creative Sector (CCS)
The creator is specialized in a specific area or sub-area of the Cultural and Creative Sector (CCS), as demonstrated by at least five completed reference projects for each selected area or sub-area.
At least five (5) years of work experience in the selected specialized field.
Consent for inclusion in the community and processing of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
The legal-organizational form under which the creator operates must not have any outstanding financial obligations related to mandatory payments and other monetary non-tax obligations collected by the tax authority.

The quality of each individual creator is based on the following components:
- Reference projects
- Self-placement in a specialized area of the Cultural and Creative Sector (CCS)
- Awards received
Process to join the CzK Creators' Community
Interested candidates should submit their application for admission to the CzK creators’ community via the electronic application form, accessible at the following link >>
When applying, candidates must provide the required information: personal details, details of the legal entity, contact information, registration details, area of specialization, awards, and other relevant information.
Upon receipt of the application, the CzK Expert Committee will review the submitted applications and select creators who meet the criteria, enrolling them in the CzK Online Creators’ Community.
Selected creators will be notified of their admission to the CzK Creators’ Community via email. Applications will be processed periodically, with community enrollment updated weekly.
