Tanja Pađan Pohleven has been working in the cultural and artistic field for several years as a designer and costume designer, where she collaborates on contemporary dance projects at home and abroad, as well as in international fashion publications. In the field of fashion design, she is developing her own brand Kiss The Future, which was created as an artistic project with a distinct visual identity and has developed into a sustainable fashion brand.

Tanja’s work is influenced by science fiction, urban culture and experimental video, and she sees the brand as a research framework where clothes play a narrative role. The collections are based on the use of vintage and “dead stock” materials from local environments and are created in limited series and local production. They have been presented several times at Ljubljana Fashion Week and have been awarded for the best fashion installation (LJFW 2020) and sustainable collection (LJFW 2024).

Tanja also works within the Anselma coworking team, where she co-founded the sustainable fashion brand Made in Anselma, which she continues to develop today with a focus on sustainable production processes and collective forms of work.
